Hufflepuff: Founded by Helga Hufflepuff, this house values hard work, loyalty and fair play above all else. Professor Sprout is the head of this house, whose symbol is the badger and whose colors are black and yellow. The Hufflepuff dorms are located near the kitchen. Perfect for late night snacks!
Slytherin: Founded by Salazar Slytherin, this house’s colors are green and silver, and its symbol is a snake. Severus Snape is the head of this house, which values resourcefulness, ambition and cunning. The Slytherin dormitories are located in the dungeon, under the lake. Creepy!
Gryffindor: This house was founded by Godric Gryffindor, and values bravery and nerve. The head of this house is Minerva McGonagall, their symbol is the lion and their colors are scarlet and gold. The Gryffindor dorms lie behind the portrait of the fat lady and you must know the password to get in.
