For today’s If You Ask Me, Brittany, Jamie and Becca share their thoughts about their favorite books.

Do you have a favorite quote from a book? If so, what is it?

BRITTANY: "If your eyes werent open you wouldnt know the diffrence between dreaming and waking" Blood Promise.

BECCA: was wild and tame and pulled into shreds and crushed into being all at once. For once in my life, my mind didn’t wander to compose a song lyric or store the moment for later reflection. For once in my life I was here And nowhere else." -Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater

Tell us about your top three favorite books of all time.

BRITTANY: The Vampire Academy series because I secretly wish to be Rose. Shiver because of the romance. Evernight because it is sad and funny, all at the same time.

JAMIE: I really love City of Glass by Cassandra Clare. Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer is another one. Then I love the Cirque du Freak books by Darren Shan, they are rest action-packed, fun, hilarious, sad, and frightening!

BECCA: 1) Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows- this book is magic (pun intended) 2)Shadow Kiss by Richelle Mead-that book made me feel like I was on top of the world, then made me feel like I was just pushed off a skyscraper, all within thirty pages. I loved every second of it. 3) Unwind by Neil Shusterman. I feel like this book was very creative and the characters were all very dynamic and refused to do what I expected them to.

Tell us about your favorite book series.

JAMIE: The Cirque du Freak series by Darren Shan. The author titles the main character after himself. So, Darren Shan was an ordinary boy, with ordinary friends, an ordinary life, and loved spiders. Ordinary. Until he wins a ticket to the Cirque du Freak with his best friend Steve.
