S. A. Harazin
S.A. has always loved to write. When she was twelve years old, she bought a typewriter from Western Auto on credit. Yep, the manager gave her credit. She was babysitting all the time practically, and she had enough for a down payment. She began writing bad poetry and stories.
S.A. started working full time at the hospital when she was fourteen and discovered the electric typewriter in the admission’s office. She got permission to use it on nights when she was not working. She was in heaven. She made her own magazines. S.A. spent her time working, going to school, and typing. She hated school, but she loved journalism class. She was on the "Buzette" staff.
S.A. graduated from Haines City High School. She won't say when. Afterward, she went to nursing school because 1) the hospital gave her a scholarship, and it wasn’t for writing lessons 2) her mother said she needed to learn something where she’d be able to support herself.
S.A. attended Ida V. Moffett Nursing School at Samford University in Birmingham, AL. She worked many years in a hospital--in CCU, ICU, ER, and outpatient surgery. She now lives in Georgia. She has a great husband and three fantastic kids.
