Catherine Bybee was born on May 1, 1968 in the US. She is married to her husband for over twenty years and they have two boys almost grown up boys together. She has been working as a nurse throughout her entire working life at different southern Californian Emergency Rooms, where she also gets a great deal of inspiration for her novels, because in life so much more fantastic things happens than in fiction.
