We got a lot of books at The Book Report Network. In fact, "a lot" is a bit of an understatement --- we get a TON. No bragging or extreme hyperbole here. We open at least 20 packages a day, each stuffed with books in all kinds of varying genres --- from Women's Fiction, to Amish Fiction, children's picture books and an abundance of Young Adult (YA). So many of the books can easily be filtered into different categories, but every once in awhile, a book comes in solely for the 20something crowd.

Every once in a while, we 20Somethings are able to find a few days and with the spare change deep in our jean pockets (and coat pockets, and purses, and the bottom of our laundry bags) take a little, very much-needed vacation --- a post-grad “Spring Break,” if you will. My “Spring Break” was planned almost a full year ago when I continually clicked the refresh button on Google Chrome, waiting to be next in line for Coachella 2013 tickets. With about two hours of waiting under my belt, good karma finally came my way, and I scored two tickets to the festival.

I had only seen the very first episode of the "Game of Thrones" series when all of my friends insisted that I catch up so we could watch the Season 3 premiere together. Over the course of seven days, I immersed myself in the magical and mythical world of the seven kingdoms and every new episode got increasingly better as the separate stories began to intertwine. Midway through it all, I was experiencing the wildest, and incredibly violent dreams full of odd creatures.

It had been almost a full three months without leaving NYC (since the holidays!) when a skiing trip to Vermont last Friday seemed like the most perfect opportunity to escape. Haphazardly and in typical twentysomething, last-minute style, my two best friends and I secured a rental Jeep, threw our equipment and makeshift ski wear in the trunk and high-geared it up to the mountains for some fresh air.

Spring is in the air and as we come out of our twentysomething winter hibernation (in which I for one went through my entire Instant Queue in Netflix, twice,) ready to break out a pair of shades to bask in the longer, sunnier days, it’s time to think about the one big thing associated with spring since middle school, that is...having a spring fling!

After four looooooong years of waiting we’re all going to catch up with Robert Langdon on May 14th as the Harvard professor and “Symbologist” returns in the fourth installment of Dan Brown’s thriller series with INFERNO. The releases of these books always turn into  publishing events and are shrouded in lots of secrecy and intrigue of their own. Here’s what we know now.
