Tracey S. Phillips is a serial artist. She grew up in Indianapolis, the daughter of an artist and granddaughter of a pianist, teacher and honored supporter of musical arts. Playing music and creating art were a way of life when she entered college as a fashion model and musician.

Somewhere along the road to fame and fortune, she married her best friend and became a mother. While raising kids she tried painting, drawing, jewelry making and even colorful furniture redesign, until finally settling on a successful career teaching piano lessons. As her children grew, she journaled about her childhood and the drama of daily life until stories began to form. Then she fantasized about a vacation alone with her laptop! She had stories to tell. When finally she put pen to paper, fingertips to the keyboard, she wrote four manuscripts.

She currently lives in Madison Wisconsin with her husband and two dogs.
