Simon J. Bronner

Simon J. Bronner is distinguished professor of folklore and American Studies at Penn State Harrisburg. He also serves as coordinator of the American Studies Program there and director of the Center for Pennsylvania Culture Studies. He is the author of a dozen books, including FOLLOWING TRADITION: Folklore in the Discourse of American Culture and GRASPING THINGS:  Folk Material Culture and Mass Society in America.
