Rosemary Mosco
Rosemary Mosco is a science writer and artist, and she's passionate about sharing her love for the natural world.
She creates the science webcomic Bird and Moon and has written and drawn for a variety of nonprofits and scientific organizations, including Audubon, The American Ornithological Society, Nature Ecology & Evolution, and others. Her work was the subject of an award-winning museum exhibit at Cornell's Museum of the Earth and has been featured by IFLS, Audubon, Upworthy, io9, Science News, the National Wildlife Federation, The Huffington Post, It's Okay to be Smart, The Mary Sue, The Times of India, and more.
Rosemary is a graduate of UVM's Field Naturalist and Ecological Planning Program. She once spent six months drawing all 162 species of snake in the United States. Her favorite bird is the Laysan Albatross.
