Olga Massov

Biography

Olga Massov

Olga Massov is a cookbook editor at Phaidon Press. In her past life, she spent 10 years on Wall Street, and then through great fortune, amazing mentors, and hard work, three plus years writing cookbooks with chefs (she calls it luck, pluck, and grit). How she landed at such a venerable institution as Phaidon is still a mystery to her, but she considers herself lucky.

She was born in Russia, grew up in Boston, and now lives in Brooklyn with my husband, Andrew Freedman, a journalist, and her linebacker-sized tabby, Forrest Whittaker. She's due to have a baby sooso that’ll be something else.
