Lauren Mortimer
Lauren Mortimer is a London-based illustrator who works primarily in pencil. With her ability for tone, texture and realism, she often transforms her subjects by contrasting and reworking them. Drawing influences from nature and surrealism, she captures an air of curiosity and wonder. She has illsutrated a numbe of books to date, including the award-winningbook ‘TEQUILA MOCKINGBIRD: Cocktails with a Literary Twist’ for Running Press Publishers, as well as the What Was series for Penguin publishers. Other clientele include Sunday Times Magazine, Elle Magazine, and BBC.
