Karin Anderson is an award winning picture editor and photographer who has worked for the New York Times, Washington Post, Detroit Free Press, Chicago Sun Newspapers, San Francisco Chronicle, and CNN, among others.
 

Anderson is a graduate of New York University, the Goethe Institute, and the Culinary Institute of America where she became a Certified Wine Professional. 
 

She coaches photographers in story-telling, speaks on photography and picture editing (because most people don't understand what that is), makes pictures everywhere she travels, helps people choose good wine, speaks German when she has the opportunity, and enjoys life with her dog.
