Jess was born and raised in Vermont. She moved to New York to study Illustration at the School of Visual Arts and after living in New York for 10 years finally moved back to Vermont with her husband and three cats.

From her home studio in Shelburne Vermont, Jess creates work for a wide variety of clients. Her illustrations and designs have been used as editorial illustrations, book covers, coloring & activity books and educational readers as well as decals, dinnerware, glassware, home textiles and beauty products and packaging.
