Jacqueline Davies has been writing stories for children for over a decade. In addition to her two sons, Ms. Davies has a daughter named Mae, and a dog named Harley. They all live together in Needham, Massachusetts, a town that used to have an ice cream store called The Big Dipper and that still has a town green where everyone congregates on hot days.
