David Evanier

David Evanier has published nine books. His work has appeared in BEST AMERICAN SHORT STORIES, and he has received the Aga Khan Fiction Prize and the McGinniss-Ritchie Short Fiction Award.

He has been a Fellow of the MacDowell Colony five times, and a Fellow of Yaddo and the Wurlitzer Foundation. He was founding editor of the literary magazine, Event, and fiction editor of The Paris Review.

He is married and lives in Brooklyn.
