After being educated in the particulars of Writing and Rhetoric, Beth Hautala served a five-year tenure as Associate Editor for a regional lifestyle publication. Following this, she helped to launch an advertising agency where she has served as Editorial Director and co-owner for the past 10 years. Her publishing chops include a variety of material, both in print and online publications --- memoirs, story, poetry, and commercial copy.
