Ann Rule

Ann Rule was the author of 30 New York Times bestsellers, all of them still in print. Her first bestseller was THE STRANGER BESIDE ME, about her personal relationship to infamous serial killer Ted Bundy. A former Seattle police officer, she knew the crime scene firsthand. For more than two decades, she was a powerful advocate for victims of violent crime. She passed away on July 26, 2015 at the age of 83 after suffering a heart attack.
