Math whiz Canada Gold is busy putting her skills to questionable use in the courthouses --- and casinos --- of Las Vegas when a case sends her back to Chicago, a city marred by personal tragedy. It’s been years since her father, a prominent composer, was murdered while working on his magnum opus.
