Sixkill: A Spenser Novel

The late Robert B. Parker was a prolific writer, best known for his Spenser series. The Boston-based private investigator was the subject of a television series and several films, but his best presentation is in his creator’s novels. SIXKILL was one of the last of these by Parker; the confident and self-satisfied detective becomes involved in the investigation of a difficult bad-boy actor who is accused of the rape and murder of a young woman. The plot is interesting, but it is the witty dialogue and Spenser’s personality which, as in most of the books, carry the day.
