In June, our resident fantasy go-to reviewer Steve Hubbard presented you with 20 Must-Read Fantasy Series titles, and now he's back with Part Two --- a curated list of his favorite Stand Alone Fantasy books.

Our sci-fi and fantasy expert, Stephen Hubbard had his work cut out for him when creating a bookshelf of quintessential fantasy titles. At one point he had 80 titles on his list! After trying to narrow it down to just 20 titles, which seemed to be impossible, he opted to break his winnowed down list into two bookshelves --- Top Fantasy Series and Best Stand-Alone Fantasy Novels.

So many books, so little room! We asked our in-house sci-fi expert and contributor, Stephen Hubbard, to pull together a list of essential science fiction reads, and after cutting it down to 20 titles we have the final list! Stephen broke it down into three categories: classic science fiction novels,  classics of the 80s and classics of the 90s.

From perennial classics like BRAVE NEW WORLD to modern day classics like DOOMSDAY BOOK and ENDER'S GAME -- which they're finally turning into a movie --- we hope you enjoy our first of many science fiction bookshelves!
