Hello! My name is Alanna. I'll be 14 in two weeks, I'm going into the eighth grade and I live in Northern California. I spend way too much time reading but when I'm not I enjoy playing basket ball and eating frozen peas. I love all reptiles, especially snakes. I have one and am planning on getting more. I also like horseback riding (even though I'm painfully mediocre at it) and kayaking, which is awesome because I live across the road from the Russian River. 

I inherited my love of reading (and a plethora of books) from my mother and two older sisters. I am thrilled to have been accepted to the Teen Board and can't wait to start writing reviews.
