2011 Christy Awards

On July 11th, the winners of this year's Christy Awards were announced at a ceremony held in Atlanta, Georgia during the International Christian Retail Show. The banquet featured a keynote address by celebrated screenwriter and director Randall Wallace and was emceed by New York Times bestselling and Christy Award-winning author Liz Curtis Higgs. Named in honor of author Catherine Marshall's novel, and of her contribution to the genre, the Awards celebrate excellence in recently published fiction with a Christian worldview.

2011 Christian Book Awards

Based on excellence in content, literary quality, design and impact, the Christian Book Awards --- established in 1978 --- are the oldest, and among the most prestigious, in the religious publishing industry. On May 2nd, the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association announced the winners of the 2011 Christian Book Awards at a banquet held during the annual Executive Leadership Summit in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The five winners, including the Christian Book of the Year, were selected from hundreds of entry titles.
